Nature of the Service

This is a private reference website with no government ties. It stores no official booking, custody, court, or corrections records. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bail, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

The site points to resources operated by MCSO, Mendocino County, city police, the Superior Court, CDCR, federal agencies, and outside research providers. Those organizations control their own systems and records.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Break any applicable law while using the service
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Try to enter accounts, servers, or restricted areas without authority
• Operate bots, automated scrapers, or similar collection tools
• Interfere with access or disrupt service for other visitors

No Consumer Reports

Mendocino County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We and our advertising partners do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. You agree not to use any site content for:
